DON’T GIVE CRIMINALS A CHANCE – PROTECT AGAINST IDENTITY THEFT WITH A DOCUMENT SHREDDER
Identity theft is believed to be the fastest-growing crime worldwide and for the past 11 years, has been the number one complaint to the Federal Trade Commission. In 2010, over 8.1 million adult Americans were said to be victims of identity theft, with losses estimated at over 35 billion dollars.
It’s not a case of saying that it won’t happen to you. Although everyone is at risk, even children, there are a number of things you can to do mitigate the risk and to protect your personal information.
First up is a check that your cyber-safety is effective – and that you have the appropriate levels of up-to-date security technology, firewalls, anti virus protection etc to secure your data and your personal information. You will then also have to make sure that you don’t unwittingly expose your personal information in written or printed format. This could range from a gas or water bill, a credit card statement and an old resume to luggage tags, old airplane tickets, medical records or an insurance policy.
Any item that contains any kind of personal information should be put through a shredder. Many criminals are prepared to sift through mounds of garbage in search of information which will enable them to create false identities, establish fake credit lines etc – so don’t think that because it’s in the trash can, it’s safe.
Paper shredding machines come in all shapes and sizes, from compact desktop ones for home use to industrial sized ones for commercial installations. There are also businesses that specialise in off-site shredding, where organisations which produce large volumes of sensitive materials can have their documents put through a shredding machine under secure CCTV surveillance.
Clearly, the smaller the pieces of paper, the more secure the information that was on them. A cross cut document shredder allows greater security because it cuts the paper into smaller pieces than a strip cut shredder, plus it cuts the paper in both vertical and horizontal planes.
To protect yourself or your business from the growing risk of identity theft – a shredding machine is what you need to ensure that it’syour papers that end up in shreds and not your life !
this question is for anybody who has done the fitness program (p90x)?
Hi, i was doing p90x and i found the workouts to be great because they really get you sweating, and going. I stopped thew workouts because i find the meal plan hard. I mean i know it's easy but i really do not have the time to cook all the soups and what not that they say to eat. I know their is a quick approach plan but i am on level one phase one as in the fat shredder. Plus the portions are just confusing! Can some one who has lost weight with this program please help me and tell me what they would eat and how they got success, I would really appreciate that. I am eating healthy by the way no fast food, soda, etc. . . Please help me i would like to know your daily meals and how much of it for example the servings.
i have heard of the P90X fitness plan before on youtube and people have lost tons of weight doing it!
Wisconsin Tea Party Members Claim They're Collecting Petitions For Walker Recall - So They Can Destroy Them (crooksandliars)

Via Mother Jones, PolitiScoop identifies Wisconsin Tea party members bragging
online about collecting signatures on petitions to recall Gov. Scott Walker --
in order to destroy them. One of them even bragged that he would "be able to
destroy upwards of 15-20 percent of the entire collected ballots in the state
of Wisconsin":
