I have a IDEAL paper shredder crosscut 2400 and need help on using it. it doesnt allow me to shread paper.?
i dont have the container and when i tunr it on to light come up a red one and a green one
...there are a few things here.
you may just need to oil the shredder. All shredders need to be oiled...about 1 every 2 weeks or so depending on the amount of shredding you are doing.
you could also have a sensor problem since you don' have the container. If this is the case, you might be able to tape something over the sensor so the shredder thinks that the door and cabinet are there.
